Refunds & Returns Policy.
Please read our policy below before making a purchase.


Change of Mind & Wrong Selections

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or cancellation for change of mind or incorrect decisions when selecting a product.  Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Stock photos are used as we have multiple copies of the cards.

Cards sold are in NM condition.

Refunds will not be provided if:
"Cards are not in perfect condition"
"Cards are not PSA 10 condition"
"Cards does not have perfect centering"
"Cards edges are not cut properly"


Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if a valid reason is not provided or order has already been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at pokemonstash@gmail.com We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for sale items or final clearance items.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return or issue has been evaluated, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
